Bicycle Gifts will replace any defective item with the same item within 60 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Non-defective returns will be credited if they are in re-stockable condition. Include a copy of the packing slip with all returns. Insure your return shipment. Bicycle Gifts is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Furniture items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 days of receipt. Some art prints, framed and personalized items may take longer.
Orders shipping within the US will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery and are fully insured. At checkout you will be given the opportunity to choose your carrier and select optional expedited services. Small lighter items will ship USPS First Class Mail. All tracking numbers will be sent via email after the item is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number please feel free to Contact Us.
Orders placed outside of the USA will ship via USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail.
