When you place an order with Bicycle Gifts you can rest assured that your item will be carefully packaged. Our shipping team is dedicated to making sure your item arrives in perfect condition and on time. All orders will be processed daily. We will ship your order by USPS or UPS within 24 hours. We reserve the right to choose which carrier based on the size and location of your order. Our choice will be based on serving you as quickly as possible.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you are making shipment to multiple locations, please place separate orders. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after the item is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number please Contact Us .

Returns Policy
Bicycle Gifts will replace any defective item with the same item within 60 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Non-defective returns will be credited if they are in re-stockable condition. Include a copy of the packing slip with all returns. Insure your return shipment. Bicycle Gifts is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Furniture items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
