Brass plated, recycled bike cog buckle, using cogs without cutouts, hand finished brass, and voila! The buckle is 2.5" in diameter and fairly light weight. 
The picture shown here is to give you an idea of the buckle you will receive. Each one is slightly different.

The buckle fits a 1.5" belt.
