Steve Mudge loves metal. He has been working with all types of metal for the last 35 years or so and is fascinated with how it will change with light and heat among other things.  Steve claims most people would call him a realist because he makes things out of metal that are recognizable.  A person or item can be reproduced using steel, stainless steel, copper or aluminum.  He has also dabbled in the abstract and has done a little of just about everything from fine art to furniture and from functional to fantasy.  Steve does many cycling race trophies each year including having done one for the Amgen Tour of California Modesto stage.  Steve hopes you will enjoy one of his pieces as much as he enjoys making them.
