condition fan pennants from the 1950 Giro d'Italia.
Before today's sophisticated displays, fans would
wave these pennants or tie them on their bike to
show support for their favorite riders. The
pennants are archivaly mounted on an acid free
linen backing in a beautiful black and gold wood
frame. (Frame size is approximately 34 x
18")
These
three cycling legends, Copi, Magni & Bartali
finished
first or second in the Giro d'Italia an astounding
19 times
I
was lucky enough to find these several years ago
from a man in Italy and now I only have a few left
for sale and not enough to frame up a complete set.
This is the last chance to own this piece of Giro
d'Italia history including some of it's most
storied riders.
